I usually preserve the focus of my weblog strictly Lyme and tick-borne disease but today I'm feeling a bit rebel and really feel the need to discuss Coconut Oil! Coconut oil lowers cholesterol by selling its conversion to pregnenolone, a molecule that may be a precursor to many of the hormones our our bodies need. It has been shown that lauric acid (the saturated fat in CO and likewise present in breast milk) increases the nice ldl cholesterol in the blood to help enhance cholesterol ratio ranges and increases the immune system. Coconut oil consists of three saturated fat: Caprylic Acid, Capric Acid, Lauric Acid.
